I am a family systems therapist who can help you discover your strengths and enable you to leverage what is going well in your life to bring about change.  In therapy we will work on "re-framing" situations to give you a fresh perspective and discover healthier, more productive options.  Vital parts of treatment are: learning how to problem solve, developing coping mechanisms that work for you, and honing clear communication skills.  

I try to create an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance.  Modeling for my clients my belief in the importance of approaching life with humor and being able to laugh at oneself.
